1 : Apex Is Not a Lender
Apex Funding Network LLC is not a bank, lender, financial institution, or credit issuer.
Apex does not independently underwrite, approve, or deny applications for business financing.
Apex may provide educational information about financing and may introduce, refer, connect, or route businesses to independent third-party lenders, funding companies, marketplaces, brokers, referral partners, or other financing providers.
Any financing relationship ultimately entered into by a business is with the applicable independent provider, not Apex, unless expressly stated otherwise.
2 : No Guarantee of Approval or Funding
Using the Apex website, completing an Apex checklist or quiz, purchasing an Apex educational product, completing the Apex Blueprint, progressing through the Apex Roadmap, communicating with Apex, or submitting a funding inquiry does not guarantee approval, eligibility, a financing offer, a particular funding amount, a particular credit limit, a particular interest rate or financing cost, particular fees, particular repayment terms, or any other financing outcome.
Availability and eligibility vary by applicant, business, financing product, provider, and market conditions.
3 : Independent Funding Decisions
Independent funding providers establish their own eligibility and underwriting requirements.
Depending on the provider and financing product, considerations may include business revenue, cash flow, time in business, business credit, personal credit, banking activity, existing obligations, industry, ownership information, financial statements, tax information, collateral, personal guarantees, documentation, funding purpose, and other underwriting criteria.
The factors considered and the weight given to them vary by provider and product. Apex does not control an independent provider's underwriting criteria or funding decision.
Apex may provide educational tools and resources such as funding-readiness information, checklists, quizzes, worksheets, courses, the Apex Blueprint, BUILD - ESTABLISH - FUND - SCALE roadmap content, YOUR NEXT MOVE educational guidance, and Funding Center resources.
They are not lender underwriting systems, credit decisions, guarantees of qualification, or certifications that a business is "funding ready."
Completion of an Apex checklist, stage, course, quiz, or roadmap item does not mean that a lender or funding provider will approve financing.
5 : Financing Costs and Terms

6 : Funding Inquiries and Third-Party Providers
Apex may use technology platforms or third-party services to facilitate, route, or process funding inquiries.
Information submitted for a funding inquiry may be provided to appropriate independent third parties in accordance with the Apex Privacy Policy and any disclosures or authorizations presented during the applicable process.
Submitting information does not require a provider to make an offer and does not require the applicant to accept an offer.
Users should review the applicable third party's own terms, privacy practices, disclosures, and financing documents.
7 : Compensation and Referral Relationships
Apex may receive compensation from certain third-party companies, referral partners, funding providers, or related businesses when a user completes a qualifying action, including where permitted a referral, application, purchase, enrollment, or funded transaction.
Compensation to Apex does not determine whether an applicant is approved and does not guarantee that a particular financing product is suitable for a particular business.
