1 : Affiliate and Referral Relationships

Unless expressly stated otherwise, these third-party products and services are not owned or controlled by Apex. Third-party companies are responsible for their own products, services, terms, representations, pricing, privacy practices, and customer support.
5 : Recommendations and Editorial Independence
Apex seeks to provide useful educational information and resources. The existence of an affiliate or referral relationship does not change our responsibility to clearly identify material relationships where disclosure is appropriate. However, a recommendation or discussion by Apex should not replace a user's independent evaluation of whether a product or service is appropriate for that user's business.

Where appropriate, Apex may also place a shorter disclosure near content containing affiliate or compensated links.
